Registration
The registration process for Panel Consulting Group, LLC at Opinion Insiders is simple. We ask you to fill out a form providing us with certain personal information via our registration form at Opinion Insiders. After you register, we will ask you for additional information through our “Profile Surveys”, which are used to match you with surveys and community activities you may qualify for. Completion of “Profile Surveys” is strictly voluntary; however, we recommend you complete them so you will be invited to surveys and activities that match your demographics and interests. This survey will ask you for information such as your address, phone number, gender, employment status, household income, education level, marital status, household status, ethnicity, and other demographic information that may change from time to time. When you register with Opinion Insiders, you agree: (i) to receive an email from us confirming your registration and agree to click the link in the email to successfully activate yourself on Opinion Insiders; (ii) to receive email invitations asking if you would like to participate in surveys/research activities with links to the surveys/research activities; (iii) when applicable, to receive emails inviting you to participate in voluntary sweepstakes that Opinion Insiders may sponsor for its members; and (iv) to receive email replies to inquiries, comments or updates to your member profile that you submit to the Website. You also agree to the formation of your incentive account which shall be credited after you and/or one of your qualified referrals participate in a survey/research activity that is completed and validated by Opinion Insiders’ staff. Use of Information
The data collected during registration enables us to validate your eligibility, to determine which surveys/research activities are applicable to you, and to contact you regarding participation in surveys/research activities or in voluntary sweepstakes that Opinion Insiders may sponsor. We also use individual information to generate demographic data relating to the responses we receive to particular surveys. Survey results are disclosed in the aggregate to the clients of Opinion Insiders who have requested such survey information from us. Our survey results only report aggregate information about demographic groups. Online surveys may reside on servers located at our office, a client site or third party site(s) authorized by Opinion Insiders. Survey responses are identified based upon a survey respondent identification number assigned to each respondent. No personally identifiable information is associated with such survey responses or provided to clients or third parties without the respondents/panelists prior to “opt-in” and/or consent. The individual personal information you provide through the registration process is completely confidential, we never sell it nor do we share it with third parties without your consent (This does not include third party service providers who deliver services essential to the operation and use of the Website and who have agreed to protect the confidentiality of such information that they may have access to as part of their provision of services). Opinion Insiders may offer connections to Social Networks to deliver a better experience for our users (Ex. Facebook). Sweepstakes
Opinion Insiders may hold sweepstakes that are open to current members, new members or to specific subsets of our user base. Prizes will be deposited in member’s incentive account unless a product needs to be mailed to the panelists’ home. As a condition to entering into such sweepstakes, members agree that Opinion Insiders may use their name, and state for marketing purposes and may display their name, state on this Website for each sweepstake.
Children's Privacy
Opinion Insiders believes in maintaining the security and confidentiality of all visitors to Opinion Insiders, regardless of the person’s age. Opinion Insiders complies with all applicable provisions of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). Where a parent who is a member of Opinion Insiders has indicated in their member profile that members of their household include children, Opinion Insiders may, from time to time, request that such parent allow one or more of those children to partake in surveys specifically designed for that person. Unsolicited Emails
PCG and Opinion Insiders never spam or send unsolicited emails to its members. Members who send or post spam in order to generate referrals are ineligible for any compensation from Opinion Insiders and will be permanently prohibited from participation in the Opinion Insiders platform. All current and past points will be negated and removed from this members account.
General
